Fits perfectly and calms my son. I like that the back is very adjustable. I was able to purchase a size up (because its adjustable) so it'll last a little longer :)

Got this for my son with autism. For proprioceptive input, he weighs about 32lbs 34 in tall and he's 2 1/2. Its. A tad small (definitely smaller than pictured). The pictures made it look a lot bigger so I got the smallest size. Wish I got the bigger size but this one will work for a little while. And not nearly as weighted as I had hoped. But None less, it does its job.

I sleep with it on, and it's more effective than a weighted blanket. I'm on the spectrum, but I think this could help anybody who has issues feeling insecure.

Calms meltdowns better than a weighted jacket.

So I know how hard it is to find products for autistic adults so I'm going to be extra detailed, TLDR at bottom. The material feels nice to me. If you've ever had a copper fit brace, it feels a lot like that. It's thicker but smooth and comfortable. The Velcro type thing is easy to use and it's not the kind that makes the crazy ripping noise and has the poky parts that scratch you up like crazy. It still makes noise unstrapping it but not as high pitched as regular Velcro in my opinion. I'm guessing it would be less of an issue for guys but if you have hips and don't want it near your neck you may have to have some trial and error. It is two separate pieces so there's a lot of ability to fit different body shapes or compress one spot more than another. Also if you're wearing it out under clothes the 'straps' or whatever you call them make a bit of a bump under even a mid thickness t-shirt. For ladies just an FYI I'm a 34D and this does compress a lot, so if you're planning to wear it in public just be aware that while comfortable, you will look quite flat chested (I was wearing a bra under it in this picture and didn't have it super tight otherwise I would've been flatter).

    TLDR

As long as you like the material and don't mind how it looks under clothes its adjustable and easy to use.
