    Delivery takes too long.

    I paid $2.99 for delivery insurance and it still took almost three weeks. Ripoff.

    Like your concept, shipping could have been better.

    I really liked the shirt, it was a Christmas gift for a teacher. I do however recommend you send it inside an additional sealed plastic bag. It was sent in a mailing bag that arrived ripped with a hole and the shirt was dirty. I would normally be upset but I understand it’s the shipping people’s fault. Having that extra plastic sealed bag would protect your products from future mishandling.
