My experience with the Blackhawk pro 3 I have enjoyed the quality video's and still photos that I have taken. I am not fond of the constant calibration process that's needed for each start up flight as well as the inconsistences with the obstacle avoidance which has to be forced on each time I fly. Overall I'm still learning the ends and outs and look forward to mastering the Blackhawk pro 3

Service is great and the drone is great! What needs improvement is the connection and remote. I personally struggled greatly with it just being 10ft away and losing connection only for it to reconnect after it returned home. Great alternative to DJI

It's Easy to fly but why do they not supply a longer cable with it 1 ? #2 can someone explain to me how to hook it up to a tablet instead of just the phone?

As an FAA107 licensed pilot and Realtor we use drones for our marketing. I owned a DJI and now two EXO drones and I am totally pleased with the performance of the drone as well as the company!!!

Faulty gimbal on the Blackhawk 3 Pro. Can't buy a replacement cuz they don't have any.
Don't waste your money. So called customer support is a Joke. This is what happens when a multi billion dollar marketing giant that sells clothing and furniture decides to try and sell a product completely outside of their skill level.
I will Never buy another EXO drone. And I will warn all my drone friends to stay away from this product.

I have been flying this drone around for a few weeks. It's a perfectly good drone, it is pretty responsive to your flight controls, though it needs a little extra room to brake than you would expect. The camera is pretty good for both photo and video. However, the cheap controller and the range it has is really what marks this drone down for me. Flying the drone even only about 150 yards away (albeit in my urban/suburban environment) and my signal starts to break up. While the controller is operating the device just fine at this range, the video feed starts to stick and go fucsia on me, which is incredibly frustrating. I also have trouble with some severe lagging when using the controller to take multiple photos at close range or start video at a mediocre distance, which is annoying when you have to get a time-sensitive shot and you have no idea whether the thing started rolling or not.
Ultimately, this Blackhawk 3 Pro is a decent enough drone for some casual flying, but its unreliability just doesn't do the job when I am trying to do some professional photos or videography.

First Exo Drone fly, its very nice view and far miles, but its camera frozen and not move.
also battery not full plug.
