I bought this as a back cracking device to relieve lower back pain. This is my first time trying the product. Although my back did not crack, this feels ridiculously comfortable and definitely lives up to the good reviews. Comes with 3 easy to adjust settings. Would reccommend!!!

This is great for back pain, usually I get home and lay on the floor to rest my back but with this device it takes it a step further supporting & stretching my spine. I start on the first level and then after 15 minutes move to the second level and add a pillow to keep my neck aligned. I weigh 260, if you’re wondering if it’ll hold your weight.

I've been having sciatic issues and could not wait to get this in the mail. The first level I felt a stretch, but after 2 minutes I no longer felt a stretch so went to level 2 and wow. It's so amazing how much of a good strech you get with this. I had to very slow lay back on it. It took a few days before I could even begin to think about trying level 3. Level 3 took me some time to lay on it. A large stretch. This has helped my back so much and my sciatica. I had so many people try this out for themselves and everyone has loved this and was shocked at how much something so small and simple can help. An awesome invention!

I have this new job that has terrible office chairs, flat back rest and thin cushions. My Thoracic and Lumbar have been killing me which in turn effects my Cervical thus giving me migraines. I never have time to stop my my chiropractor during the weekdays. This product is great for stretching my back and relieving tension of my back.
