Covers on. I feel like I had to really pull the zipper as close as I could to barely zip it up all the way, but it did. Now I’m glad I can keep those foam couches for as long as possible without any milk or juice stains.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughter. So far so good. They (my kids) are happy and have already had a spill and it repelled nicely.
